Doesn't matter what DAW you are using, just send me a consolidated .wav tracks, each starting at the first beat of the first bar, all should be the same length.

This way I can just import them into my session and start working :)

Send the files at the sample rate recorded, avoid converting, recommended resolution: 48 kHz 24 bit.
Remove any plugins or processing, unless it is a fundamental part of the sound of the track.
Make sure all files are mono, apart from stereo tracks, like stereo synths, obviously ;)

Zip them up in one folder, clearly labelled, your name(or band), song title, bit depth, sample rate, bpm. 

What I mean by:

Track - a single audio file, recording of an instrument, usually mono, i.e. hi-hat, vocal, bass guitar

Stem - a stereo file, a bounce of few tracks, i.e. drums stem (kick, snare, toms, hi-hat, overheads, room mics..)
